Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We charge a return handling fee amounting to 10% of the return value. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging with all the original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, sign into your account page using the same email address you used to place your order. On your account page, you will be able to request a return for the order you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once a return label is provided, the return must be shipped within 2 weeks. Late returns will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We regret that we cannot issue the refund in any other form other than a refund to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to your original payment method, you will need to work with your original payment provider to access the refunded amount.
Cost of Shipping
We provide a pre-paid return shipping label when a return is requested. If you paid for shipping costs because your shipping address is outside the contiguous U.S. or because you selected expedited shipping, then those shipping costs cannot be refunded in the event of a return.
