We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States. This includes the lower 48 states and Washington D.C.

Shipping Policy and Timelines

Pillows are usually fulfilled via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground within two business days from the time the order is placed, and packages typically arrive after an additional 3 - 5 business days of transit time, depending on your UPS and FedEx service zone. Business days do not include weekends and U.S. holidays. Though we make every effort to meet these fulfillment and shipping timelines, they are not guaranteed. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Clients must file a claim for a lost or stolen package with the carrier, and after an investigation has taken place, we will determine the next steps. Any issues with shipment must be raised within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation.
